Blog Post by Mamatha Honnavar Creative resilience - The advantage of your elasticity
We all have heard the saying - “ You can bend a plant but not be able to bend a tree.” The meaning of this is, when you are young, you are flexible and it’s easy to mold you. That’s the reason, the dancers, gymnasts, or acrobats start training when they are very young.
The same applies to our mind, where we store certain beliefs, perceptions, or conditionings. The more time we carry rigid beliefs or conditionings, the more difficult it becomes to be free from them. However, we do have resilience, or so to say ability to bounce back to our original self, like a rubberband. We may stretch ourselves to please others, to be in good books with all, to entertain others, without really wanting to do it. I.e. without integrity with yourself.
Now that’s not true resilience. It’s compromise on our part. The true creative resilience is when you become adoptive, with Love, faith, Integrity, Peace, Prosperity, & Joy which creates win-win situation for all. You are happy to widen your arms to take others in your embrace as you know your strength, ability, the love you can give & your own value and you are an aware person. Your subconscious mind is a treasure of creativity. You can certainly reach out to your subconscious mind and see how joyfully you can be creatively resilient by using the following Redikall statements.
With Redikall consciousness I purify my rigidity.
With Redikall consciousness I purify my unwillingness to
change anything in my space.
With Redikall consciousness I purify the need to stagnate.
With Redikall consciousness I transform & transcend my fear
of becoming disloyal to my cultural beliefs.
With Redikall consciousness I transform & transcend my need
for untimely changes.
With Redikall consciousness I transform & transcend my
frustration of not being able to change others.
With Redikall consciousness I awaken my flexibility.
With Redikall consciousness I awaken my ability to adapt.
With Redikall consciousness I awaken my creative resilience.

Creative resilience - The advantage of your elasticity
We have all heard the saying, "You can bend a plant but not be able to bend a tree." The meaning behind this is that when you are young, you are flexible and it’s easy to mold you. This is why dancers, gymnasts, and acrobats start training when they are very young.
The same applies to our minds, where we store certain beliefs, perceptions, or conditioning. The longer we hold on to rigid beliefs or conditioning, the more difficult it becomes to free ourselves from them. However, we have resilience, or the ability to bounce back to our original selves, like a rubber band. We may stretch ourselves to please others, to stay in everyone's good books, or to entertain others, without really wanting to do so, which means we lack integrity with ourselves.
Now that’s not true resilience. It’s a compromise on our part. Creative resilience is when you become adaptive, with Love, Faith, Integrity, Peace, Prosperity, & Joy creating a win-win situation for all. You are happy to widen your arms to take others in your embrace as you know your strength, ability, the love you can give, and your value. You are an aware person. Your subconscious mind is a treasure trove of creativity.
You can reach out to your subconscious mind and see how joyfully you can be creatively resilient by using the following Redikall Statements:
With Redikall Consciousness, I purify my rigidity.
With Redikall Consciousness, I purify my unwillingness to
change anything in my space.
With Redikall Consciousness, I purify the need to stagnate.
With Redikall Consciousness, I transform & transcend my fear
of becoming disloyal to my cultural beliefs.
With Redikall Consciousness, I transform & transcend my need
for untimely changes.
With Redikall Consciousness, I transform & transcend the
frustration of not being able to change others.
With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken my flexibility.
With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken my ability to adapt.
With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken my creative resilience.
