Your words hold the power to transform your life. To change your outer reality, start by changing the way you think. You have to try it to believe it! Here are three steps we suggest:

  1. Morning Affirmations: Recite them 21 times.

  2. Night Affirmations: Write them 21 times.

  3. Gratitude Exercise: Write a thank-you note in your diary, or call or message someone to express your gratitude. For example, "I am grateful to my friend for helping me become independent" or "I…

Spread Your Fragrance

We can find a wide variety of flowering plants, fruiting trees, and ornamental plants all over the world. Many plants and trees native to specific areas are now growing in different geographical locations. How can plants from a particular family and area grow in remote or distant areas? The answer lies in pollination. Bees, birds, and other animals carry seeds or pollen to far-off places and pollinate other plants or drop the seeds. As a result, the fragrance of flowers and the taste of fruits are not limited to any area, making it easier for us to access varieties of plants.

Forgive

Tit for tat, an eye for an eye has been a common reaction for many people for a long time. As things around you change and people evolve, and as more and more individuals let go of their anger and resentment, are you still holding on to past hurt and painful memories?

It's time to release any fear of being hurt again and have faith that you are cared for when you forgive.

Forgiveness is more for ourselves than for others. The healing isn’t complete unless we forgive ourselves. We may also need to rise beyond the forgiving act, as even if we’ve forgiven others, we may begin to believe that we are correct & others are wrong. The truth is in this universe there is nothing right or wrong. It’s all the experiential need that one has, to grow in life.

Integrate Yourself

Pain and trauma are experiences that everyone goes through at some point in their lives. This could be related to health issues, financial difficulties, relationship struggles, or other challenges. Losing loved ones, facing setbacks in career or finances, and dealing with significant hardships can have long-lasting effects on individuals and future generations.

When someone experiences intense pain or trauma, parts of their personality can become separated from their main identity. It's similar to losing a physical body part, except the separation is invisible. It can be challenging to address something you aren't even aware is missing from your personality.

The void left by the missing part of your personality cannot remain empty, as nothing in the universe stays empty.
