Your words hold the power to transform your life. To change your outer reality, start by changing the way you think. You have to try it to believe it! Here are three steps we suggest:

Redikall Statements to enhance your self-acceptance by Aatmn Parmar.

Parents, teachers, and well-wishers may criticize, disapprove of, or reject you to foster your growth.

Over time, you may form a strong mental association between growth and rejection or criticism, leading you to judge and be self-critical.

As a result, you might become your worst critic, believing that self-judgment will help you improve.

However, it is possible to grow through self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-love.

Open up to the possibility of positive change, and you'll find that you can continue succeeding with a positive mindset.

However, blaming does not help anyone. It is important to take ownership of what is happening around us and to be accountable.

Even if it appears to be someone else's fault, we cannot always correct or control others. Instead, it is far better to focus on our accountability and make an internal shift so that we can effect positive changes externally.

Itโ€™s important to nurture our internal curiosity to learn, explore, and stay open-minded.
