Stand at Spot A, representing your current state. Then, open the Power Walk app and access the first flash card. Use a swipe-up gesture to flip the card and reveal the affirmations on the back. You will then read these affirmations aloud three to seven times. It's normal to experience physical reactions like yawning, burping, or feeling sleepy, as this indicates a release of energetic baggage.

To set up your Power Walk, you'll choose two spots on the floor: Spot A (Present Self), which represents your current feelings about your current experience and is your starting point, and Spot B (Future Self), which represents the achievement of your desired experience. You should place an object on Spot B to symbolize and anchor the energy of the experience you wish to embody.

Once you reach Spot B, stay there for a while to fully embrace and internalize your new state of being. Reflect on the changes in your thoughts, ideas, and the clarity of your vision.

The Power Steps technique is versatile and can help with a wide range of personal and professional objectives. You can use it for clarity on a specific subject, to find answers to your questions, or to be solution-oriented regarding a problem. It can also be used for pain relief (functional pain from energy congestion), health management by visualizing a healthier self, and relationship management to foster harmony or better communication. Furthermore, Power Steps can be directed towards personal development goals like enhancing security, forgiveness, prosperity, happiness, confidence, creativity, or spirituality. We recommend repeating the technique 7 to 21 times, or until you see tangible results for personal development goals.

As you move from Spot A towards Spot B, you should pause at each step to open the next flash card and read the new set of affirmations. With each step, take a moment to be still and reflect, paying attention to any thoughts, emotions, visions, or metaphorical images that arise. Notice any shifts in your energy or bodily sensations, even minor or shifting pain, which are part of the process and usually lessen as you continue.

No, you can't start from level 2 after completing RCM as level 1 is bifurcated into parts and needs to be completed fully with the help of a mentor. There is a lot of other aspects of Redikall that is covered in the Level 1 course taught in our workshops.

No, in case you have not informed the team or your mentor, you won't get it free. If you have a genuine reason for not attending the class and you have informed the team, you can be enrolled for another class for free. You are always free to watch the recordings of the sessions that you have missed. Access to those recordings post the course shall be for a duration of 6 months.
