Happy 78th Independence Day to all the Indians here!
Most of us haven’t seen our country pre-independence. We all have been born in an independent country.
The independence of a country is more than just a political status. Every nation has a vibrant mosaic of cultures, languages, and traditions. This diversity, a product of independence, enriches our lives and fosters a sense of belonging.
The Independence day of any country is a celebration of all the differences, united by a common thread of patriotism. While we bask in the warmth of freedom, it's essential to remember our forefathers, and the responsibilities that come with independence.
Just like living in an independent country is a privilege, living independently free from all our conditioning, wrong beliefs and perceptions that limit our potential is vital. Otherwise, even when we call ourselves independent, we are not.
The wrong beliefs could be: Love means sacrifice, faith means religion, integrity calls for proving others wrong, peace can be achieved not by peace but with violence, prosperity is in the pocket of few, and so on.
Today, take a stand to stand tall with your independent / creative ideas & visions, having faith in the ultimate consciousness. Trust yourself and your ability to make a positive difference in your life and also in the life of others.
