  • Thriving Within the System: Aaryan's Journey.

In a small town, Aaryan enjoyed the leisurely lifestyle of a business family. His days began after lunch, involving a few deals for the family business and evenings spent at local clubs and bars. Life was comfortable and free from the pressures of a strict routine. However, life took an unexpected turn when a major financial loss forced Aaryan to take up a job at a multinational company. The transition was anything but smooth - a disciplined routine of waking up on time, catching the metro, and wearing ties felt suffocating. Financial compulsion left him no choice, leading to depression and even occasional suicidal thoughts. Despite this, Aaryan began to cope and regain some control. • Embrace the Flow: Unsticking Your Life

Hi, I'm Aatmn Parmar, your host for 'Awesome Life with Awesome Vibes.' Increasingly, people are consulting me about feeling stuck in life. They feel they're stuck with the same salary for years, the same house, the same marriage, and the same routine. If you're feeling that way, you're not alone. Many people are in the same rut. External Stories There can be many reasons you can blame for feeling stuck: Stuck because of responsibilities Stuck because of circumstances Stuck because of planetary positions Stuck because of curses, past life karmas, and ancestral stories Stuck because of voodoo and black magic done by others. These external stories can occasionally feel very convincing and right. However, what happens to the story within? Internal Reasons Let's look at the internal reasons: Reluctance to change: The subconscious mind is attached to the familiar and hates anything that is unknown. For example, a slum dweller often goes back to the slum and settles there even if they are gifted with a luxurious flat. Fear of the unknown: Most people need to know what is lined up for them if they simply go with the flow. They need to know the future plan in detail so that they do not suffer later. But what about suffering in the now due to stagnation? Fear of losing grip and control: You often feel a sense of control over the known circumstances. What if you lose grip over life? Hence, it is better to remain anchored rather than letting go and going with the flow. Fear of being alone: What if others choose not to accompany you? Life could be lonely. Are you willing to risk it? What if better relationships and soul buddies are waiting for you? Fear of regret and guilt in the future: What if you regret leaving behind the known and familiar? Possibility of no return: What if you cannot return to your position once again? What if things change and you no longer find your position back later? These are the concerns behind your reluctance to move. Embracing the Flow It is quite easy to say 'go with the flow.' The truth is, most people are attached to the known and familiar and would not like to risk that and trade it for something unknown. However, when they do, it gets quite easy and safe for them. Not only safe, but extremely helpful for their overall growth in life. Steps to Follow So, what are the steps to follow? Follow your inspiration: Most people wait for the universe to push them out of their cozy nest before they move. However, you can move with inspiration and inner knowing that the time is right for you to fly and explore the world around. Courage: Know that you are enough. You are safe, and you are taken care of always. Detachment with awareness: The only constant is the process of change. Things are going to change, and will change. Accept the change with grace. Openness to various experiences: People, places, and possibilities cannot be your problem. Your reaction to them, your reluctance to accept them can be your problem. Your present scenario was unknown to you in the past. However, you managed to settle well with that. The time will come when you will accept and embrace it all. If you are open to accept and embrace life with all Let go to Flow Embracing the flow is about letting go of fears and stepping into the unknown with trust and courage. The key is to recognize that life is ever-changing, and resisting this change only leads to stagnation. By following your inspiration, cultivating courage, and maintaining openness, you can unstick your life and move forward with grace. Remember, the journey to a fulfilling life begins with a single step into the flow. Embrace the Flow: Unsticking Your Life This blog helps you to understand that by embracing change and moving with the flow, you can break free from stagnation and enhance your personal growth.

  • How to Make Life Easy, Effortless, and Fun.

Welcome to another blog post inspired by "Awesome Life with Awesome Vibes." I'm Aatmn Parmar, and today I want to share how you can make your life easy, effortless, and a lot of fun. This might sound absurd because the prevalent belief is that you have to work hard, struggle, and put in a lot of effort to be somebody so that one day life becomes easy. However, I invite you to make your journey toward success easy, effortless, and fun. A Lesson from Vinod Vinod lived with his mom and dad in a small town and watched a building being constructed. He was constantly told by neighbors, uncles, parents, and teachers that you have to work hard to succeed . Observing the laborers putting bricks under the hot sun, Vinod thought they must be successful because of their hard work. But his dad corrected him, saying that in terms of money, the supervisor earns much more than the laborers. Vinod was confused and asked if the supervisor was the most successful person in the project. His dad replied that the contractor, who employs the supervisor, earns even more. But Vinod rarely saw the contractor or the supervisor working hard. Vinod then asked about the builder, who hired the contractor and architect. His dad explained that the builder was hired by an industrialist who had invested money into the project. The industrialist rarely visited the site but earned the most from the project. This conversation made Vinod question the belief that hard work alone leads to success. If the people working the hardest earn the least, while those hardly working earn the most, then what does it mean to work hard? Effortless Growth in Nature Most things in life happen effortlessly. Consider a baby growing in the womb, milk filling a mother's breast, rivers flowing, clouds moving, planets rotating, and trees growing. These natural processes unfold without any struggle. When you believe you must work extremely hard, you might be going against the natural flow. But if you learn to recognize and align with the flow of life, it becomes easy, effortless, and joyful. Challenge Old Beliefs Our ancestors lived strenuous lives, walking miles and fetching water from wells. But times have changed, and so should our beliefs. We can lead a more sophisticated life if we align our thoughts and beliefs with the natural rhythm of life. My Mantra: Life is Easy, Effortless, and Fun When I encounter struggle, I either drop the project or pause to check for resistance. It may seem like hard work, but contribution happens through me, not by me, because I position myself correctly in the flow. The Power of Going with the Flow If you must pray, pray to be in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. The rest will unfold naturally. That's the power of going with the flow, almost effortlessly. Work smart, not hard. Align with your life's purpose and plan. When you meditate and clear your mind with Redikall Statements, you can align with your inner GPS and understand where the flow of life is taking you. When you start moving in the direction where life is already taking you, you will be able to enjoy success with ease and grace. Life truly can become easy, effortless, and fun. Affirmations to Align with the Flow of Life Here are a few Affirmations you can recite to declutter your subconscious mind and connect with your inner GPS: I purify my restrictive and limited beliefs. I purify my need to struggle. I purify my need to be aware of my life plan and life purpose. I awaken my inner awareness. I synchronize with my life plan and life purpose. Enjoy life! Life is meant to be enjoyed, not struggled through. By aligning with the natural flow and letting go of outdated beliefs, you can make your life easy, effortless, and a lot of fun. Meditation is a powerhouse. It trains your brain to focus and stay calm under pressure. Even 10 minutes a day can make a difference. Affirmations boost your confidence. Start your day by telling yourself you're capable and watch as your attitude shifts towards success. Visualization involves picturing your career goals as if they've already happened. This method can motivate you to take the steps needed to make those visions a reality. Journaling helps clear your mind by putting thoughts and worries on paper. This can reduce stress and improve focus, making you more efficient at work. Next, use positive affirmations tailored to your career goals. Repeat phrases like "I am capable and skilled" or "I attract success and opportunities" daily. This boosts confidence and positivity, shaping your mindset for career success. Visualization is another powerful tool. Regularly visualize achieving your career goals, such as nailing a presentation or receiving a promotion. This primes your brain to recognize and seize opportunities. Also, embrace the practice of journaling to reflect on your achievements and setbacks. Think of them as the fuel in your car on the road to success. How do you boost them? Start simple. First, recognize your achievements, no matter how small. Completed a project on time? That's a win. Helped a colleague? Another point in your favor. These aren't just tasks; they're evidence of your capabilities. Next, set achievable goals. Not "climb Mount Everest by tomorrow" but real, doable targets. Hitting them gives you a clear sign of progress, feeding your confidence. Also, learn from feedback, not just the good stuff. Constructive criticism is gold—it shows you where to improve, making you stronger, more adaptable. Mind your inner talk. Swap "I can't" with "I can" or "I'll try." How you talk to yourself shapes how you see yourself. Finally, step out of your comfort zone regularly. Comfort zones are cozy but stagnating. New challenges sharpen your skills and boost your self-belief. Remember, confidence and self-esteem in your career don't just happen. They're built, day by day, through your actions and mindset. Case Studies: Success Stories Using Mind Healing Techniques Many skeptics turned believers after seeing how mind healing techniques directly influenced their careers. Take Sarah, for instance, a mid-level manager who felt stuck in her career. After practicing meditation and visualization exercises, she not only landed a promotion but also became more confident in her decision-making abilities. Then there's Alex, who struggled with public speaking, a critical aspect of his job. Through guided imagery and positive affirmations, Alex was able to overcome his fear. Within months, he was not just speaking confidently in meetings but was also praised for his impactful presentations. These stories aren't just one-offs. They highlight a pattern where individuals use mind healing techniques to break through barriers, enhancing not just their professional but also personal lives. It's about tuning into your inner self, recognizing your potential, and taking actionable steps towards achieving your career goals. Incorporating Mind Healing into Your Daily Routine Making mind healing part of your daily life isn't as complicated as it might sound; it's about simple practices that bring profound results. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and goals. This helps in organizing your thoughts and reflecting on your progress. Also, affirmations play a big role. Begin your day by affirming your abilities and goals. Say things like, "I am capable of achieving my career goals," out loud. Lastly, never underestimate the power of a good night's sleep. • Embracing Love and Devotion Over Perfection: A Journey of Fulfillment

In our fast-paced world today, the drive for perfection often takes over the simple joys of life. This story of a devoted housewife reminds us how important it is to balance responsibilities with love and dedication. It offers great insights for anyone looking for a more fulfilling life. Watch the video in the Aatmn Parmar YouTube Channel : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o4Sro5CHeQo&ab_channel=AatmnParmar The Quest for Perfection She was the epitome of dedication. As a new mother, she meticulously followed the doctor's instructions, feeding her child at prescribed times, regardless of the child's hunger. This strict adherence often resulted in the child vomiting after feeds, yet she never skipped a single feeding. Her punctuality extended to all aspects of her life, from cooking to cleaning. However, in her quest for perfection, she lost sight of the natural flow of life. The Hidden Cost of Perfectionism She always aimed to be "Miss Perfect," which meant she put her all into every task, even when she wasn't feeling great. It was hard to criticize her because she always gave it her best shot, no matter how she felt. But despite all that, the people around her weren't always happy. Striving for perfection often comes from a need to avoid guilt, feelings of not being good enough, or fear of failure. While these folks get the job done, they often lack love and dedication, leaving their loved ones empty and unfulfilled. Emotional Deprivation Despite Perfection Her family, despite receiving everything they needed, often felt emotionally unsatisfied. They couldn't express their desire for something beyond mere duty, and she couldn't understand their needs because she was too absorbed in her responsibilities. This scenario is relatable for many of us, either through people we know, or our behavior. The Power of Love and Devotion There's more to life than duty; there's loving devotion. When we perform our tasks with love and devotion, we may not achieve perfection, but our actions will resonate with the hearts of those we serve. The soul feels fulfilled when actions stem from genuine love. This approach helps us understand the needs of others, guiding us to act appropriately and at the right time. Transforming Actions Through Love Love and devotion transform us into different individuals. Our actions may not always align with worldly expectations, but they will be fulfilling. When synchronized with the needs of the moment, everything flows smoothly. People feel nurtured and loved, and we experience relaxation and fulfillment. Embrace Imperfection Reflect on moments when you acted with love and devotion. Although old conditioning may push us towards perfection and duty consciousness, it's never too late to change. Accept that it's okay to be imperfect. Allow yourself to act out of love and devotedly serve your loved ones. You'll find fulfillment in this approach. • Discover Your Uniqueness and Shine!

The biggest mistake people make is not realizing how special they are. Instead of being themselves, they often compare themselves to others and try to be like them. This just makes everyone average and takes away their uniqueness. But the truth is, each of us is unique in our own way. Embracing this truth is the key to unlocking our full potential. Embrace Your Uniqueness Each one of us has a special place in life and the cosmos. We have unique purposes, ways, and roles that are meant to be exclusive to us. When we try to be like others, we become mediocre because we are not living our true selves. This leads to underperformance and prevents us from being our best. Rediscover Your True Self To truly rise and shine, you must rediscover how unique you are. Focus on your inherently unique attributes, expand them, grow them, and let them be seen by the world. Spend some time with yourself to figure out how beautifully different you are. Identify the unique qualities in you that haven't been recognized or nurtured. Start nurturing them and energize them. • Breaking the Cycle of Self-Sabotage: Mahesh's Story

Mahesh, an intelligent and hardworking individual, repeatedly found himself missing out on opportunities at the last moment. Whether it was missing admission to the University by one mark or losing a job opportunity to someone else, Mahesh consistently settled for less than he deserved. Despite his efforts, something always seemed to sabotage his success. Upon deeper introspection and unpeeling the layers of his subconscious mind, a pattern emerged, revealing deep-rooted fears from his childhood. The Root Cause: Fear of Being the Best From a young age, Mahesh learned that being the best came with a price. Friends troubled him for being the teacher's favorite, and cousins bullied him for being the family's pride. These experiences ingrained a belief that excelling meant inviting trouble, jealousy, and isolation. Consequently, Mahesh subconsciously opted for second-best positions to avoid envy and sabotage from others. The Subconscious Sabotage Mahesh's story isn't unique. Many people, often unknowingly, invite self-sabotage due to deep-rooted fears from their past. The fear of envy and jealousy can inhibit personal and professional growth, leading individuals to underplay their capabilities to avoid negative attention. Understanding and addressing these subconscious fears are crucial for breaking the cycle of self-sabotage. Reprogramming the Subconscious Mind The journey to overcoming self-sabotage begins with recognizing and addressing these deep-seated fears. Redikall Statements can help reprogram the subconscious mind, bringing about positive shifts. Awakening New Possibilities: With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken the need for new possibilities. With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken people's love and awe for me. With Redikall Consciousness, I synchronize with an awesome life and vibes. Embrace Your Uniqueness: To avoid inviting jealousy, it's essential to embrace your uniqueness and exclusivity. Jealousy arises from comparisons. When you understand and accept that you have your own unique position, there's no need to compete or compare. Embrace who you are, and rise and shine as your true self. Mahesh's story is a powerful reminder that our subconscious fears can significantly impact our lives. By recognizing and addressing these fears, we can break free from the cycle of self-sabotage and embrace our full potential. • Healing the Past with Redikall Consciousness: A Journey Towards Kindness and Compassion

Understanding the Root of Our Actions People can only give what they have. If individuals have been hurt, they often hurt others. If they have been abused, they might abuse themselves or others. If treated unfairly, they may become unfair to themselves or others. This cycle of pain and mistreatment perpetuates itself, shaping our behavior and interactions. Recognizing Our Patterns of Behavior If you find yourself acting unfairly or ruthlessly at times, it's likely a reflection of past experiences. You've been treated with ruthlessness, and this has influenced your actions. While you cannot change past events, you can dilute its effects through self-love and self-compassion. Embracing Self-Compassion: A Key to Healing Open up to being kind and compassionate, even if no one else treats you with the kindness and compassion you crave and deserve. Start by gifting yourself moments of kindness and compassion. Be gentle with yourself. Stop being punitive and hard on yourself. Be considerate and liberal towards yourself. You will radiate love and compassion, making others feel comfortable in your presence. Breaking the Cycle of Pain You have the power to break the cycle of perpetuating ruthless and aggressive behavior. The old experiences will keep repeating until you decide to break the loop. By being gentle and kind to yourself, you open up to love and allow yourself to be loved. Forgive yourself and others, and let your past be healed. You don't have to hold on to past traumas. It's safe to forgive and rise beyond these stories. Learning from Past Experiences Perhaps you went through your experiences to learn how to be kind and gentle towards yourself and others. After all, the world will treat you the way you treat yourself. So forgive yourself for being ruthless with yourself and for allowing others to be rough with you. • Feeling Good Enough: Overcoming the Fear of Stagnation

Who doesn't want to feel good enough, adequate, and accomplished? We all strive for this sense of fulfillment. However, we subconsciously resist feeling adequate because of a deep-seated fear of stagnation: What if we become complacent and stop growing once we feel accomplished? To avoid this, we continually strive for betterment and improvement, often labeling ourselves as "not enough." This feeling, ironically, can hinder our progress in life. The Subconscious Game of Inadequacy This persistent feeling of inadequacy is often reinforced by those around us - friends, relatives, colleagues, bosses, and even customers. Just when you start feeling like a super achiever, someone is likely to compete with you, criticize you, judge you, or undermine your progress and success. These challenges manifest as mind games perpetuating the not-good-enough feeling. Recognizing and Overcoming the Pattern The key to overcoming this pattern is recognizing it for what it is - A subconscious game. You can grow beyond this and better yourself. Here’s how: Dissociate Not-Enough Feelings from Personal Growth: If you start your journey with the thought "I am not good enough," this thought acts like a seed and will multiply, regardless of your achievements. Your subconscious mind will continue to attract competitors and reminders of your perceived inadequacy. Associate Good Feelings with Progress and Success: Train your subconscious mind to associate feelings of adequacy and accomplishment with continuous progress. Convince yourself that you can feel good enough while still striving for success.
