Saturday, 6th April Why We Bottle Up Anger: Exploring the Psychology of Stored Rage People often think of anger as a fleeting emotion, a burst of frustration that fades quickly. But what about anger that lingers, that builds up over time, and transforms into simmering rage? This hidden anger, often referred to as stored rage, can have a significant impact on our mental and physical well-being. Why Do We Store Rage? There are several reasons why people hold onto anger instead of expressing it in a healthy way: Fear of Conflict: Some people fear confrontation and avoid expressing anger to maintain peace in their relationships. Feeling Unheard: Past experiences of being dismissed or invalidated can lead people to believe their anger won't be taken seriously. Shame or Guilt: Societal expectations can make some people feel ashamed or guilty for expressing anger, leading them to suppress it. Uncertain How to Express Anger: People may not have healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with anger, causing them to bottle it up. The Consequences of Stored Rage Stored rage can harm our lives in several ways: Physical Health Problems: Chronic anger can lead to high blood pressure, headaches, and other physical ailments. Mental Health Issues: Bottled-up anger can contribute to anxiety, depression, and even violent outbursts. Strained Relationships: Unresolved anger can damage our relationships with loved ones and colleagues. Low Self-Esteem: Feeling constantly angry can take a toll on our self-esteem and overall sense of well-being. Moving Forward: Healthy Ways to Deal with Anger If you find yourself storing rage, there are steps you can take to manage your anger: Identify Your Triggers: Recognize the situations or people that typically make you angry and what in them makes you angry. Practice Relaxation Techniques: Techniques like deep breathing, meditation, and yoga can help you calm down in the moment. Communicate Assertively: Learn to express your anger calmly and directly, focusing on the issue rather than personal attacks. By understanding why we store rage and its potential consequences, we can learn to manage our anger healthily, leading to improved mental and physical well-being, and stronger relationships. Achieve Freedom from Karma: A Guide to Spiritual Release. In the bustling world, amidst chasing desires and facing challenges, wouldn't it be liberating to experience a sense of karmic freedom? Karma, a Sanskrit term meaning "deed" or "action," is a universal law. It proposes that every action, good or bad, has consequences that influence our future. Karma is about achieving balance and liberation from the cycle of cause and effect. While karma can guide us towards positive choices, it can also create a sense of karmic debt, binding us to the cycle of repayment in many ways. But what if you could transform & transcend this cycle of cause and effect? Let us explore the possibility of achieving karmic freedom, a state of liberation from the karmic loop. Unveiling the Essence of Karma: Karma, often simplified as 'what goes around comes around,' is a universal law. Our intentions and deeds sow seeds that eventually sprout into consequences, shaping our present and future realities. This concept can be a source of both empowerment and burden. While it encourages positive actions, the fear of negative repercussions can be crippling. We need to understand karma to stop fearing punishment, but acknowledging the power of our choices. Types of Karma: There are three types of karma: Prarabdha (past life pre-programmed karma), Sanchita (accumulated or borrowed karma from ancestors), and Kriyamana (current karma). Breaking Free from the Cycle: The Power of Intention: Good intentions can mitigate the negative effects of karma, while bad intentions can amplify them. The Practice of Dharma: Fulfilling one's duty in alignment with the life plan. Following the life plan can lead to positive karma accumulation and karmic freedom. The Importance of Forgiveness: Forgiveness, for oneself and others, can help break the cycle of negativity and resentment, leading to karmic liberation. But celebrating every gain, big or small, is a powerful tool for boosting motivation and staying on track. In fact the road to success is paved with small victories. • Synchronicity with Learning

3rd April, Wednesday , Redikall Blog Create Space for Admitting Mistakes by Fostering a Culture of Learning: Exposing mistakes is crucial for growth, but people often shy away from admitting them. Admitting mistakes can feel like admitting defeat. But the truth is that acknowledging errors is a sign of strength and a vital step towards improvement. Learn how to cultivate a safe space that encourages honesty and learning from errors. And how to create a supportive environment where people feel comfortable admitting mistakes, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Focus on Solutions, Not Blame When someone makes a mistake, the natural reaction might be to point fingers and assign blame. However, this approach shuts down communication and discourages future honesty. Instead, asking yourself, what is the learning for me in this situation can shift the focus from a blame game to finding solutions. Celebrate Learning from Mistakes Not all mistakes are detrimental. Sometimes, they're valuable learning experiences. When a mistake is acknowledged, use it as an opportunity to discuss what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Share similar experiences where mistakes led to positive outcomes. Lead by Example As you are an integral part of your family/organization, your behavior sets the tone for others. Be open about your own mistakes and how you learned from them. This demonstrates that admitting errors is a normal part of the learning process and encourages others to do the same. Emphasize Psychological Safety Psychological safety is the feeling of being able to take risks without fear of punishment or humiliation. When people feel safe, they're more likely to speak up and admit mistakes, knowing they won't be judged harshly. Normalize Mistakes Mistakes are inevitable. Normalize them by openly discussing common errors and how people have overcome them in the past. This helps remove the stigma associated with mistakes and encourages open communication. Use "I" & bypass “You” statements Focus on your observations and feelings when discussing mistakes. For example: I felt angry/irritated/hocked/sad/judged/frustrated/humiliated when I heard the words/saw the actions., etc.. Make sure there is no use of the word 'you.'. Actively listen Give others your full attention when they're admitting an error. Maintain confidentiality Keep discussions about mistakes private. You can quote the errors without giving in to blame (who did it) so the necessary corrective action can be taken. Now, you have Redikall Insights that help you create the space for any kind of confessions! Synchronicity with Learning Here are Redikall Transformative Statements to help you Synchronize with Learning. Recite them 7 times I transform and transcend my need for discipline. I transform and transcend my need to be vigilant to spot mistakes. I transform and transcend my need to be Mr. Right or Ms. Right. I transform and transcend my fear of repeating mistakes. • Embracing the Unexpected: Turning Unmet Expectations into Steppingstones to Success.

The Art of Tripping Gracefully Let's face it, life is the most unpredictable journey we ever embark on. One minute you're on cloud nine, planning how to celebrate your inevitable success, and the next minute... well, let's say you're not where you expected to be. That's okay! Today, we will explore the surprisingly uplifting world of unmet expectations. Welcome to the Roller Coaster Called Life! Hey there, amazing reader, If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve had a rendezvous or two with our not-so-friendly neighbor, Mr. Unmet Expectations. Don’t worry, you’re in good company. We’ve all been there. The Unexpected Plot Twist Remember that time you planned a perfect day out, and it rained? You had two choices: sulk in the wet misery or dance in the rain. Life’s unexpected turns are like that sudden downpour. You can either let them drown your spirits or use them to nurture new growth. Think of unmet expectations as life’s plot twists. They keep your story interesting and, more importantly, unique. So, when your well-laid plans go astray, chuckle a little and prepare for an adventure. After all, the best stories aren’t straight lines; they’re wild scribbles! The Beauty of Plan B (or C, or D...) So your Plan A didn’t work. Welcome to the grand club of Plan B-ers, where the motto is "Well, that didn't go as expected!" The beauty of plan B (or C, or D...) is the chance to explore paths you never considered. It's like accidentally stumbling upon a hidden café in a bustling city – it might just serve the best coffee you’ve ever tasted. The Art of Improvisation Remember when you tried to cook and accidentally invented a new dish? That's improvisation! Life’s unmet expectations are like a kitchen mishap. You can either let the burnt toast ruin your day or spread some extra butter and jam and enjoy the crunch. It’s all about making the best out of what we have. Embrace the Chaos! Now, here’s where the magic happens. Those unmet expectations? They’re not roadblocks but secret passageways to something even more incredible. Think of them as the universe’s quirky way of saying, “I’ve got something better in store for you.” So, take a deep breath, wear your best smile, and dive into the unknown. The Art of Letting Go This is where you learn to break up with your expectations. Not an easy task, but think of it as unfriending someone on social media – a bit sad but ultimately liberating. Let go of the ‘should-haves’ and ‘could-haves,’ and embrace the ‘what-ifs’ and ‘let’s-sees.’ Discovering New Paths Every unmet expectation is a crossroad, offering new paths you might never have considered. Wanted to be a CEO but ended up as a yoga instructor? Maybe there’s untapped joy and fulfillment in this new journey. It’s all about perspective – and hey, yoga pants are way more comfortable than suits! Learning from Detours So, your GPS (Grand Plan of Success) is rerouted. Maybe the scenic route is what you needed all along. These detours are not just about the destination but the journey – the people you meet, the lessons you learn, and the stories you’ll tell. Spoiler alert: These stories often become the most cherished ones. The Beauty of Being ‘Unperfect’ Perfection is overrated. Embrace your 'unperfect' self. It’s our quirks, our stumbles, and our resilience that make us uniquely brilliant. Each time you slip, remember, even bananas, the clowns of the fruit world slip on their peels. It’s okay to be a banana sometimes. Building Resilience Be your superhero. Resilience isn’t about never falling; it’s about how gracefully you get back up. Spoiler alert: you’re stronger than you think. Each setback is an opportunity to build resilience muscles. Flex them! The Power of Re-Imagination It’s time to get creative! Paint a new picture of your life where every ‘failure’ is a step toward growth. Re-imagine your goals, your relationships, and your personal growth. Remember, Picasso didn’t start painting masterpieces; he had to go through his ‘awkward doodles’ phase first. Transforming Failures into Launchpads Every setback is a setup for a comeback. When your expectations are sky-high, and you find yourself grounded, it’s time to build a launchpad. Use those unmet expectations as fuel for your rocket. Blast off might be delayed, but the stars are still there, waiting for you. Crafting Your Own Success Story Success isn’t a one-size-fits-all. Write your own success story, where success is measured in smiles, kindness, and the courage to keep going. Remember, even the most successful people have chapters they don’t read out loud. Joy in the Journey Here’s the secret sauce: find joy in the journey, not just the destination. Celebrate small victories, laugh at your mistakes, and dance in the rain of uncertainty. After all, life is not just about the big moments; it’s the little ones that make up the big picture. Compassionate Connections Remember, you’re not alone. Share your stories, listen to others, and build a community of fellow dreamers and doers. There’s strength in numbers, and sometimes, a shared laugh over a cup of coffee is all the therapy you need. Don't make it a habit. You may have benefitted from the unmet expectations in the past. However, you do not have to keep inviting show downs to become a superhero. Remain open to possibilities of ease, effortless, joyous, and a promising life. If you do not have one, you can reset your mindset to manifest that with the help of Redikall. Embrace the unexpected As you step out into the world, armed with your unique experiences and newfound wisdom, remember that unmet expectations aren't roadblocks but steppingstones. Each stone is a story, a lesson, and a part of your incredible journey. So go ahead and embrace the unexpected. Turn those 'oops' into 'aha' moments, and those 'why me' into 'try me'. You’ve got this! And if all else fails, remember – there’s always Redikall to fall back on.🍪💖 Endnote: Keep shining, lovely soul. The world needs your unique light. • Synchronicity with the initiative to contribute

Saturday, 30th March, 2024 Take the initiative to contribute In today's competitive workplace, taking initiative is a key differentiator. It separates those who blend into the background from those who proactively contribute and get noticed. It shows your dedication, proactiveness, valuable skills, and commitment to success. The Benefits of Taking the Initiative Increase your Visibility: Taking the initiative showcases your problem-solving skills, be it in work or family. You are noticed by family members, managers or colleagues. Enhance Skills: By stepping outside your comfort zone, you gain valuable experience and learn new skills. It’s fun to venture into something that you might always have avoided because you thought you weren’t good enough. Boost Confidence: Initially you may fail. However, the satisfaction of making a sincere effort to learn something new is very inspiring. Seeing the positive impact of your initiative builds confidence and self-belief. Advancement: Proactiveness is a quality employers seek in high performers. It positions you for promotions and leadership roles. In family too, people will look up to you as someone who can be trusted, relied upon - someone who can help them with problem solving rather than creating problems. There are always areas where you can add value. You streamline a process, offer fresh ideas on a project, or volunteer for a new task. Before approaching, understand the task or problem you want to address. Clarity in what you are suggesting, in family or outside, makes a big difference in your communication. If you see a colleague or anyone in your family struggling, lend a helping hand without being prompted and wait for their consent. In this manner you neither intrude on their space nor ignore their struggles. In fact, this is an opportunity for you to be a neutral observer. Also, allow others to know that it’s safe to ask for help. You will not become a doormat, or people pleaser, or be bossy. Taking the initiative courageously will help you to voice your ideas during meetings, (within the family or office), even if they differ from the mainstream. Know that your right brain is creative, and with each & every idea you are recharging it. If you are full of brilliant ideas, that are for the betterment for all & aren’t able to voice them, Redikall can help you overcome your fears, worries or conflicts, and build confidence to take initiative. Involve yourself proactively and be satisfied in whatever profession / career you are in. • Synchronize with Freedom

Wednesday, 27th March, 2024 Amidst the chaos, we find solace in our grounding factors. This piece explores the concept of gratitude for these anchors in life and aims to resonate with readers seeking inner peace and well-being. Life can be a whirlwind. In today's fast-paced world, between work, relationships, and personal goals, it's easy to feel lost in the chaos. But amidst the storm, some anchors keep us steady and are constant sources of stability and support (our grounding factors). These factors provide stability, grounding and a sense of calm. They remind us of who we are. Many times this grounding may feel pleasant. You may feel that you are being tied down by these factors/people in your life. You may feel that if these factors weren't there I would have risen to great heights. However, the so-called unpleasant grounding factors (either situations or people) are facilitating your growth by grounding you. So, what are these Grounding Factors? Grounding factors can vary for everyone. They might be: Supportive relationships: Family, friends, or a therapist who provides a safe space and understanding in a desirable/undesirable manner. Meaningful activities: Hobbies, creative pursuits, or volunteering that bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Spiritual practices: Meditation, prayer, spending time in nature – anything that connects you to something larger than yourself. Physical routines: Exercise, healthy eating, or a regular sleep schedule that supports your physical and mental well-being. The best example is someone navigating a kite on the ground with a string, causing it to fly higher and higher. Similarly, know that you are being wonderfully supported to ground yourself, rise & grow. The Power of Gratitude Taking time to appreciate your grounding factors can have a profound impact. Gratitude shifts our focus from what's lacking to what sustains us. It promotes a sense of security and fosters resilience in the face of challenges. We call it the Redikall Brilliance in the experience. Some ways to cultivate gratitude for your grounding factors: Practice daily affirmations: Write down or say aloud what you're grateful for each day. Focus on specific aspects of your grounding factors. Take a gratitude walk: Notice the beauty around you and how it grounds you. Express appreciation: Thank your loved ones, teachers, or mentors who are part of your support system. Engage in mindful activities: Practices like meditation can help you appreciate the present moment and the things that anchor you. By cultivating gratitude for your grounding factors, you create a foundation for a more peaceful and fulfilling life. You become better equipped to weather life's storms and navigate challenges with a sense of calm and perspective. You will be able to let go of the victim mindset- the feeling that others are not allowing you to grow (although they are helping you grow). A humble Request: Share your grounding factors in the comments below! Let's create awareness of the advantages of gratitude. Inspire others by sharing life experiences, where you realized the importance of the grounding factors. We look forward to hearing from you. • Synchronicity with availability and approachability

Monday, 25th March, 2024 Be the Person Others Love to Talk To: Master the Art of Availability and Approachability In today's fast-paced world, fostering a sense of accessibility and openness is key to building strong relationships, both personal and professional. Whether you're a team leader, freelancer, or entrepreneur, projecting an aura of availability and approachability fosters trust, encourages communication, and ultimately leads to success. But with busy schedules and overflowing inboxes, making yourself available and approachable can feel challenging. So, how do you balance being there for others and maintaining your productivity? The answer lies in cultivating availability and approachability. Structure Your Schedule for Accessibility Define your availability: Set clear expectations about response times for emails, calls, or messages. This creates clear boundaries while ensuring dedicated windows for focused interaction. Utilize Technology: Leverage communication tools like instant messaging or project management platforms for quick updates and questions. Open Door Policy (Virtual or Physical): Encourage open communication by having designated times when your door is figuratively (or literally) open for conversation. Cultivate an Approachable Demeanor Body Language Matters: Maintain open, welcoming body language. Make eye contact and avoid crossed arms or closed-off postures. Positive and Encouraging: Use a friendly tone and smile during interactions. Let your enthusiasm for collaboration shine through! Active Listening: Give your full attention when someone is speaking. Show genuine interest in their concerns and ideas. Know that people can see through you if there is any kind of disinterest in you. Embrace Transparency and Feedback Regular Updates: Keep your family/team, informed about your plans, projects, and their progress. This fosters a sense of inclusion. Welcome their Opinion / Feedback: Let it be known that you value their input and their perceptions or ideas. Actively solicit feedback and be receptive to suggestions. Practice Empathy: Put yourself in others' shoes and understand their needs. This builds rapport and fosters a collaborative environment. Most important. Be available to yourself: Periodically check whether you are 100% available to yourself. If you are feeling lost or scattered you will not be available to others as well. Work-Life Balance: While being available is important, don't neglect personal time. Setting boundaries and taking breaks promotes well-being and allows you to return refreshed and ready to connect. Authenticity is Key: Be yourself! People are drawn to genuine personalities. By being aware & structuring your life, you'll project an approachable and available image, fostering a thriving work environment built on trust, communication, and success. • Synchronicity with Self-Love

Saturday, 23rd March, 2024 How to Embrace Self-Love Despite Parental Guilt Feeling guilty towards your parents can make self-love a struggle. Many adults carry burdens of guilt that can hinder self-compassion. They might question their choices or feel they are letting their parents down. Like everyone, parents are humans too. They have their own set of expectations towards their children. Yes!! The expectations can differ from child to child! That’s why one child may feel more burdened, and the other may remain relaxed and guilt-free. Also, one child may need to prove his/her worthiness by fulfilling every demand or need of the parent while another child may easily set boundaries for demands/expectations. Whatever the reason for guilt towards the parent or parent figures (e.g. grandparents, uncles, aunts, or any guardian, under whose care you grew up), you need to know that you deserve love and happiness, regardless of your relationship with your parents. Guilt will help you punish yourself in many ways. Why would you punish yourself?  Who is the benefactor of your guilt? This guide explores how to navigate parental guilt and cultivate healthy self-compassion. It's possible to break free and build a healthy relationship with yourself. To start with you may ask some of the questions listed below. Can I be happy and have a good relationship with myself even if I have a difficult relationship with my parents? The answer is YES How to love myself when I feel guilty towards my parents? How to let go of guilt about my parents? How do I fulfill my parent’s expectations without feeling guilty or burdened? How do I serve my parents easily with love & dedication? How do I free myself from my sense that I alone am responsible, and invite support & help in my contribution as a son/daughter? The answers to the ‘How’ questions are available at the deeper level of your subconscious. Redikall has been guiding many worldwide to let go of the overt sense of responsibility & resultant guilt so they can have a harmonious & loving relationship with themselves & parents/parent figures. One also needs to understand that there is always a possibility of growth with each & every situation of guilt. So, we can let go of our need to use guilt as a ladder to go higher. If we have used guilt as a stepping stone to grow, we also can use awareness & inspiration to grow, which Redikall Consciousness can guide you with.
