It's very important to understand what is meant by Negativity and Positivity. They are generally seen as extreme polarities and one is preferred over the other.
You will be surprised to know that nothing is negative or positive, it's the way we position it in our mind that makes it negative or positive. It's not necessarily the material objects or people that are negative but how we respond, and what experiences we go through as a result of our thoughts, beliefs, and associations.
Our mind positions some experiences inappropriately and Redikall Statements help to reposition them appropriately by bringing about a shift in our thinking through Recitation.
Assess the level of Negativity on a scale of 0 to 10, and recite the following Statements 7-21 times silently in your mind.
With Souls' Love, I transform and transcend my negativity.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my need for negativity.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my reasons for negativity.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my resistance to let go of my negativity.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend the brilliance in my negativity.
Re-assess the level of Negativity again. You can repeat the Statements as and when needed.
When we similarly work with our negative perceptions, emotions, feelings, and thoughts, our negative attitude, adverse beliefs, and associations - we can discover the positivity in our perceived negativity.
To reduce the recurrence of negativity, you may need deeper inner work with Redikall.
