What makes us sad?
The reasons could be many. It's a state where one disconnects with self and others. There is no motivation or incentive to work. Everything either feels mundane or burdensome. There is a feeling of powerlessness and boredom.

There is help to deal with our normal day-to-day occasional sadness. Through Redikall Emotional Wellness thoughts, learn to transform and transcend your sadness, and learn to manifest a permanent state of happiness and peace.
Assess the level of sadness on a scale of 0 to 10 and recite the following statements 7-21 times silently in your mind.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my ‘low’ feeling.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my need for this low feeling and gloom.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend the reasons for my low feeling and gloom.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend my resistance to let go of my low feeling and gloom.
With Soul's Love, I transform and transcend the brilliance in my low feeling and gloom.
These Statements will eventually shift your mood.
You can transform and transcend so much - the sadness, grief, emotional hurt, disinterest in life, helplessness, powerlessness, unworthy feeling, low self-esteem, inaction, the adverse association with sadness, fear of being happy, self-sabotage, sensitivity to people and environment. You move towards Emotional Wellness, inner joy, and happiness.
Re-assess the level of Sadness you feel, once again. You can repeat the statements as and when needed.
