Recognize the contributions
Did you know that practicing gratitude can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression?
When you receive something, take a moment to be grateful, as someone has contributed to you. It's easy to say thanks when you receive it, but it's also important to be thankful when you contribute. Just imagine, if there is no one to accept, whom will you give to?
Surely you have contributed a lot to your family, friends, acquaintances, neighbors, colleagues, institutions, donations, offerings, etc… many times you may not even have kept count of it as the contribution must have been done as easily as walking or sleeping.
No contribution is too big or too small. Whether donating money, giving your time, providing food, or volunteering, every contribution is valuable and appreciated. Let's humbly recognize our contributions and show gratitude for others' contributions.
Redikall has always guided us to be in Gratitude with Soul Stirring Statements.
