Protection
All living beings have natural defense mechanisms within their bodies. For example, we have eyelids, hair in our noses, and hair covering vital body parts, while ribs protect the heart and lungs in humans. Animals in certain regions may have fur or humps on their bodies for protection as well. Despite these natural defenses, individuals may feel vulnerable and need to defend themselves. This feeling can arise when you feel unprotected by those you believed would safeguard you, or when you fail to protect someone and are left with guilt. Additionally, the instinct to protect can be driven by a pre-existing commitment, like a soldier's dedication to defend those they have sworn to protect.
Instead of taking on all the responsibilities and feeling overwhelmed later, consider aligning with the natural protection available to you. As doctors often say, “We treat the patients, but God heals them.” Recognizing that everything is in flux is taking a step back and observing what is happening around you. When you do this, you'll discover the brilliance and natural protection surrounding you. Attempting to control everything may provide temporary relief, but it can lead to more worrying situations in the future. The more you align with this natural protection, the stronger your sense of true security will become.
