Being Loved
Feeling loved is a fundamental human need. It's more than just an emotion; it's a holistic experience that nourishes our minds, bodies, and souls. Like many aspects of our lives, love is multifaceted and has various dimensions. Emotional love involves feeling connected, cared for, and valued. Physical love is about experiencing touch, intimacy, and affection. Mental love encompasses engaging in meaningful conversations, sharing thoughts, and feeling understood. Finally, spiritual love connects us to a higher consciousness, nature, life purpose, and a greater purpose.
To experience love, we first need to cultivate the practice of self-love & compassion. As you might be aware the world treats you the way you treat yourself. So, treat yourself with kindness and understanding. Set boundaries by prioritizing your needs and well-being.
Engage in positive self-talk instead of criticizing yourself for mistakes. Replace negative thoughts with uplifting affirmations. Feel fulfilled with yourself and encourage others to treat you with love and compassion.
