A Courteous and Polite Approach
Do you want to be surrounded by positivity and respect, whether at work, home, or anywhere else? Do you feel like kindness and courtesy are becoming rare these days, and you're unsure how to encourage more politeness around you?
Since the whole universe reflects us, when you act polite, you inspire others to do the same. Politeness works both ways, so the Golden Rule applies here too! Be nice and friendly in your interactions and encourage others to do the same. Setting a good example always helps. Also, don't forget to be kind to yourself and say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ as you please.
Active listening shows respect and helps keep communication open. It's okay to have different opinions and important to express them respectfully.
Remember, we all have our views and experiences, so it's fine to agree to disagree calmly.
People are most rude to others because somewhere they haven’t experienced courteousness from others. They may also believe that if “I am polite, I will be taken for granted”, which prevents them from showing politeness, even though they are very much respectful & polite beings.
