Open your heart
The human body is a complex and interconnected system, in which physical sensations and emotional states are deeply intertwined. People often think of the heart as the center of our emotions, but it's an organ that responds to our feelings. If we want to open our hearts, we must acknowledge the body as a fundamental vessel for this emotional journey.
Interestingly, the Heart Chakra lies right in the middle, i.e. three chakras below & three chakras above. It’s completely balanced in its position. The heart knows its duties very well - not just beating & pumping, but to love, to accept & embrace, and to forgive.
However, due to our conscious mind limitedness, erroneous perceptions, or our need to go through hurt, betrayal, etc., we sometimes block our heart (chakra), This causes tremendous pain to ourselves and others who wish to love us or feel loved by us. At the same time, the Open Heart is like a gateway for the Love to flow to us, and others through us.
Even when a dam is built across rivers, it's not to stop the river from flowing, it’s to channel the river so that more people and areas benefit. In the same way, instead of blocking our hearts, let’s open them for the love within us to reach everywhere we turn.
