Blog By Mamatha Honnavar Peacefulness

Peaceful living is more than just the absence of stress. It’s not running away from any kind of unpleasantness nor trying to fix things to be peaceful. it's a state of mind characterized by tranquility, contentment, and harmony. It involves cultivating a sense of inner peace and balance, which can have a profound impact on your physical, mental, and emotional health.

When you are truly peaceful, there is faith that all that is happening to you, or others in your space has a greater purpose and it's meant to happen in a particular manner. The inner peace & faith give you immense strength & patience and make you an observer. Your neutrality clubbed with your observation helps you to look at the big snowball as only a collection of smaller snowballs. You will be able to see there are gaps between the snowballs & you will be able to deal with them one by one instead of getting stressed looking at the big snowball.

You will gain confidence about your ability to look at so-called problems as learning lessons.

So, what do you do to remain peaceful?

I share with you a Super Simple Technique: It’s Redikall Statements.

With magical Redikall Statements, you can experience the melting of the snowball, and the emergence of the Peaceful You.

With Redikall Consciousness, I purify my anguish.

With Redikall Consciousness, I purify the suppressed anger.

With Redikall Consciousness, I transform & transcend my inability to look beyond my perception.

With Redikall Consciousness, I transform & transcend my distractions from my purpose.

With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken my inner peace.

With Redikall Consciousness, I awaken the peaceful me.
