Address blocks in being peaceful

Have you ever lost your cool early in the morning because you couldn't find the right ingredient, even though you knew you bought it? Did your blood pressure rise when you couldn't locate the vehicle key to drop off your spouse or kids, or to lock up the house before heading out? This has likely happened many times. The frustration can be even greater when you realize that the things you were searching for were right before you but still felt elusive.


Have you ever wondered why that happens? It’s called inner stress spilling out. When you are not peaceful, it affects you and manifests as chaos. This also indicates that blocks within are preventing you from experiencing peace.


The way our subconscious mind operates is truly fascinating. It does not judge what is right or wrong, nor does it differentiate between chaos and peace. The rule of the subconscious is quite simple: it evaluates experiences based on whether they are familiar or unfamiliar and if they contribute to growth. Thus, your subconscious mind fully supports anything that feels familiar and promotes personal development.


If, while growing up, you were exposed to conflict, unrest, and anxiety, and now you desire peace, it may feel like an unattainable dream. Some people may even believe peace is boring, thinking that life should include a bit of excitement or drama. In this case, your subconscious mind might create chaotic situations to align with that belief.


Once we understand the games our mind plays and recognize its power, we can take charge of our thoughts and reprogram them to find joy in peace. We can learn to feel excited about being peaceful, to receive love while embracing tranquility, and to acknowledge our worthiness to enjoy serenity. Doing so can overcome the obstacles that prevent us from experiencing peace.
