Ensure a safe and quiet space where a small candle can be lit.
Prepare a list of experiences and emotions you would like to offer to the fire.
Prepare a list of your wishes for the future.
Keep paper and pen ready to write all that you wish to let go of and all that you wish to achieve.
Have a candle and lighter ready for the ritual.
You can also prepare to light any natural fire indoors or outdoors.
