We offer a range of group activities focused on healing and relaxation, such as: Yoga and Meditation, Sound Healing / Sound Bath, Deep meditation and progressive relaxation with singing bowls, and a healthy diet plan. Some activities are subject to availability.
What is the cost of the retreat package?
The cost depends on your duration of stay and the category of accommodation you choose.
Is the retreat safe for solo women travelers?
Yes, it is very safe. For more privacy and space, we recommend choosing a single accommodation option, such as a private cottage.
Is the retreat pet-friendly?
Yes, we are pet-friendly for guests who choose a single accommodation or those in shared accommodation where their partner is also fine with pets.

What kind of food is served?
We primarily serve freshly cooked, garden-grown vegetarian food. Our meals are light, healthy, tasty, and balanced: Breakfast is protein and fiber-rich, Lunch is usually a balanced Indian meal, and Dinner is a light meal chosen from different cuisines. We ensure a healthy diet plan, including natural garden-grown fruits and vegetables, and fresh cow milk from our farm. Please note: No alcohol or meat is allowed (Eggs are available upon special request).
Is high-speed internet (Wi-Fi) available 24/7?
Yes. We have three Wi-Fi connections across the property and maintain a power backup to ensure consistent connectivity.
What other activities can be done in the surrounding area?
You can explore the beautiful mountains and local culture through activities like: Trekking, Hiking, and Forest Walks, Village visits, Temple visits, and Monastery visits, Sight-seeing and Shopping. Bikes and bicycles can also be rented out to explore the mountains in your free time.
Which special programs or services are available at an extra cost?
