Participant Instructions (What all you need for Fire Ceremony)
Ensure a safe and quiet space where a small candle can be lit.
Prepare a list of experiences and emotions you would like to offer to the fire.
Prepare a list of your wishes for the New Year and upcoming future.
Keep paper and pen ready to write all that you wish to let go and all that you wish to achieve.
Have a candle and lighter ready for the ritual.
You can also prepare for any natural fire indoors or outdoors.

Hii am Afra Fathima I recently joined the Ancestral Healing course, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Over the past two weeks, this program has truly shaped my healing journey. I faced many struggles along the way, but eventually, I experienced a profound sense of calm and relaxation. There has been a noticeable shift in my energy, and I am now experiencing more happiness and peace. Before starting the course, I had a lot of difficulty with household tasks—I would feel extremely tired, and certain parts of my body would be in pain. If I cleaned one area, I couldn't do any other work for the rest of the day due to how drained I felt. But yesterday, something remarkable happened. I completed multiple tasks around my home, and I felt fine. For the first time in a long while, I wasn’t exhausted after working, and I slept incredibly well that night. I can truly feel a shift in my energy and well-being after this healing process. What stands out the most is how much I’ve learned and realized about myself during this journey. This isn't just a path to healing—it’s a transformative journey towards self-discovery and realization.
