Detailed Program Schedule

Day 1: Arrival and Social Integration

  • Arrival and Check-in: Settle into the serene environment of Dharamshala.

  • Afternoon Activities: Assisted nature walk, village visit, and optional site seeing (participants may arrange their own transportation for additional site seeing).

  • Evening: Light dinner followed by a campfire social gathering.

  • Night: Briefing for the next day's program; lights off at 10 PM.

Day 2: Comprehensive Stress Management

  • 6 AM: Morning herbal tea session (note: tea and coffee upon request).

  • Morning Activities: Forest walk at 6:30 AM followed by yoga and breathing exercises at 7:30 AM.

  • 9 AM: Nutritious breakfast.

  • 10 AM: Introduction to stress management concepts.

  • 12 Noon: Session on 'Solving Auric Stress' with Auric Detox Techniques.

  • Afternoon: Sessions on managing emotional stress at 3:30 PM and relationship stress at 5:30 PM, using respective specialized techniques.

  • Evening: Dinner at 8 PM and relaxation with singing bowl meditation; lights off at 10 PM.

Day 3: Embedding Stress Management Practices

  • Morning Routine: Similar to Day 2, concluding with breakfast.

  • 10 AM: Techniques for managing professional stress and awakening the relaxed achiever within.

  • 12 Noon: Strategies to break habitual stress patterns.

  • Afternoon: Closing lunch at 1:30 PM followed by departure at 2 PM.

About Aatmn Parmar, is a homeopathic doctor. After 15 years of a successful career as a practicing homeopath, she chose to explore metaphysics beyond physical science. She studied various modalities including Yoga, meditation, various healing methods, Past Life Regression, and Hypnotherapy. She was heading the Indian chapter of the California Hypnosis Institute of India.   


  • She has designed a unique technique of bridging the conscious mind with the superconscious mind for healing as well as for consciousness development through a channeled and clinically tested knowledge of 250 energy centers.            

  • She had traveled and taught in different countries such as Poland, Germany, Poland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Cyprus, Turkey, UAE, Nepal, Srilanka, Maldives, and Mauritius to name a few. 

  • She has also worked with several corporates, organizations, and individual groups onsite as well as online. 

  • Her passion is to generate awareness of the metaphysical assistance to assist in easing the life on earth
