Day 1: Grounding and Centering Meditation

Objective: Establish a connection with the body and the present moment, helping participants release stress and cultivate inner calm.

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Platform: Zoom (Online) / Comfortable onsite setting

  • Structure:

    1. Introduction (5 mins): Explanation of grounding techniques and their daily application.

    2. Demonstration (15 mins): Powerful recitation technique to bring complete presence in the moment, fostering inner awareness.

    3. Practice Round (10 mins): Participants practice the technique under facilitator supervision.

    4. Reflection & Guided Meditation (10 mins): Deep relaxation with inner awareness, guided by the facilitator.

    5. Q&A (5 mins): Open the floor for questions and clarifications.


Day 2: Completing the Past

Objective: Overcome disturbances from the past and gain emotional neutrality through inner awareness.

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Platform: Zoom/Google Meet (Online) / Onsite with soft lighting and calming music.

  • Structure:

    1. Introduction (5 mins): Discuss how to release past disturbances.

    2. Demonstration (15 mins): Facilitator-led demonstration on a participant, showing techniques to neutralize emotional triggers.

    3. Practice Session (10 mins): Participants independently practice under supervision.

    4. Group Meditation (10 mins): Guided meditation to release stored emotional memories at a cellular level.

    5. Q&A (5 mins): Insights, sharing experiences, and addressing questions.


Day 3: Meditation to Ease Anxiety, Worries, and Stress

Objective: Bring your attention fully into the present, enabling peak performance by alleviating anxiety, stress, and worries.

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Platform: Zoom/Google Meet (Online) / Onsite with a quiet, focused setting.

  • Structure:

    1. Introduction (5 mins): Discussion on how anxiety and stress impact the body, relationships, and career.

    2. Demonstration (15 mins): Demonstrating methods to reduce anxiety and stress, allowing participants to quickly regain focus and presence.

    3. Individual Practice (10 mins): Participants practice independently, applying learned techniques.

    4. Group Meditation (10 mins): Guided meditation for deep relaxation and mental clarity.

    5. Q&A (5 mins): Advice on continuing meditation as a lifelong practice.


Day 4: The Journey Inwards

Objective: Withdraw distractions and cultivate mindfulness of the inner world to support consciousness expansion.

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Platform: Zoom/Google Meet (Online) / Onsite in a peaceful setting.

  • Structure:

    1. Introduction (5 mins): Understanding the importance of going inward and withdrawing from external distractions.

    2. Demonstration (15 mins): Techniques to become fully mindful of inner thoughts and emotions.

    3. Practice (10 mins): Participants apply the techniques to focus on the inner world.

    4. Group Meditation (10 mins): Guided meditation for deeper self-awareness.

    5. Q&A (5 mins): Open floor for reflections and questions.


Day 5: Consciousness Expansion

Objective: Learn techniques to expand awareness and consciousness, making a positive difference in life. This session will also cover the way forward for continued growth.

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Platform: Zoom/Google Meet (Online) / Onsite in an open, serene setting.

  • Structure:

    1. Introduction (5 mins): Overview of consciousness expansion and its benefits.

    2. Techniques (15 mins): Practical methods to expand awareness and consciousness.

    3. Individual Practice (10 mins): Participants practice the techniques independently.

    4. Group Meditation (10 mins): Guided meditation for expanding consciousness.

    5. Q&A and Way Forward (5 mins): Discuss the next steps for integrating these practices into daily life.
