The Power Steps Facilitator’s Program is a structured journey for those who wish to empower others through the profound insights of Multi-Chakra Intelligence using the Redikall Power Steps Technique.

Whether you are a past participant or an experienced guide, this program provides a flexible yet supportive pathway to become an Ambassador of Power Steps workshops.

🛤 Pathway to Facilitation

Step 1: Become a Power Steps Ambassador

Eligibility: Anyone who has attended at least one Power Steps workshop. Role: Co-conduct up to 10 programs (minimum 5; at least 2 onsite) with Aatmn Parmar. Mentor a minimum of 10 new participants under guidance. Choose your venue, audience, and pricing. Support: You will receive hands-on mentorship, exposure, and access to participant engagement strategies.

Step 2: Ambassador Training & Certification

Invitation-based: Based on your performance as an Ambassador. Provisional License: Teach independently for 3 months under review. You may be required to co-facilitate sessions with a senior trainer. Full License: After successful completion and positive feedback, you will receive: One-year license to independently facilitate Power Steps workshops. Listing of your events on Redikall platforms (for SS Level 4, 5, or 6 participants).

One-time Fee: INR 3,000/- (non-refundable) No royalty fees per student. Includes: One-year app access. Complete Ambassador + Facilitator Training. Templates, logos, and promotional support. Priority access to new Power Steps modules. Date: Will be announced in group.

📜 Requirements & Ethics:

Facilitators must: Stick to the Redikall methodology during workshops. Avoid unverified claims or guarantees. Maintain integrity—no use of sessions for personal, romantic, or business promotions. Use the Redikall Logo on all official promotional content. Comply with community ethics; failure to do so may lead to suspension of license.

• Who can I teach? → Once certified, you are free to teach anyone.

• How much can I charge? → You set your own pricing. Redikall does not impose any fee controls.

• Is there any royalty or commission? → No royalty. Your students may subscribe to the Power Steps app at a nominal fee after a 15-day free trial.

• Do I get promotional material? → Yes. Templates and branding support provided. Redikall Logo is mandatory on all material.

• Will Redikall promote my event? → Not by default. Listings are offered selectively based on your level and performance.

• Do I need additional training for other workshops? → It depends on the module. Some may require additional training.

• When do batches start? → New Ambassador Training Batches begin the first week of every month.
