I feel its very important to start your day on a positive note. To sit first thing in the morning and give those few minutes to yourself to get clarity of what you need to do or what is really helping you not move forward is important. It helps to have a good day ahead and be more aware of what you doing. At night sitting and again giving yourself sometime by affirmations and gratitude, one really adds value to your life, as there are not so many things happening as per we want but we are still gifted with a lot of things than other people may not have. It also helped me with good sleep.
