I felt a huge shift in my inner being, more calm and thé anxiety is also down. Nithya has been very supportive and I am thankful for her support. I feel so changed as a human, my understanding for my behavior and others has increased ❤️

I feel very light emotionally. My patience level has increased. Anxiety has come down.I now find it easy to flow with the flow of life.

Yes, there is so much hidden inside me, these 28 days has given me a clear view of few of them and how they are affecting my current life.

It's been a great journey

I became more aware and conscious and with the help of my mentor I have realised my hidden pain which has been covered up because of the circumstances and current situation. I am grateful to my mentor Arati mam for being such a blessing for me and helping me to realise what I felt within and how I can move ahead to fulfil the purpose of my life.
